A complete web design project typically takes between 4 and 8 weeks.

The length of a custom project depends on several factors, including the website’s functionality, the number of pages, translation requirements, and the materials I receive from you. If you have all the text, images, and structure ready, I can deliver the website faster.

Website re-design projects can involve a longer planning phase and more preparation on my end to ensure the change happens as smoothly as possible.

When we book, we’ll set a starting date and an estimated delivery timeframe. Before we start, you’ll have time to get all the necessary materials, and I will guide you through the whole process to help keep things on schedule.

Once your project is complete, we can organize a website walkthrough. I will show you how to make small changes and answer any other questions you have. You can book this call for free within 7 days of your website’s launch date.

If you decide to manage your website by yourself, I’ll give you a quick walkthrough of the regular tasks you should carry out.

However, I do offer affordable and ongoing website management services, which most of my clients take.

Yes! In fact, I prefer to establish long-term relationships with all clients. My website management services include ongoing website care and maintenance, complimentary renewal of premium tools, and updates after completing the project. While that is optional, I recommend booking it to ensure necessary maintenance tasks are performed regularly.

In any case, you can always contact me for one-off projects or hourly requests as well.

No, there’s nothing that you need to prepare before our first call. It will be mostly for us to meet and for me to learn about your needs and goals.

Once you’ve booked a service, you’ll need to prepare all of your website contents (images, copy, files, etc). I will guide you through the details and send you support documents to help you with everything that is required.

I don’t offer photography or copywriting services at this time. However, I will be happy to provide you with resources to help you get started.

You will only need to purchase and register a domain name for your business website. That can be done at any stage before the design starts, and I am happy to walk you through the process during our kick-off call. If you’d like to go ahead, have a look at Lyrical Host to find a suitable domain.

Hosting will be a part of my website design offer, so you should not purchase it before we start working together. As a designer, I can offer you benefits on premium hosting and other necessary tools.

My custom projects are a collaboration. I understand that you’ll be busy with your business, and I will do most of the heavy lifting once we embark on this journey together. However, while I am creating the design and building your website, it is vital that you complete your client questionnaire, gather your content, provide feedback on designs, and attend any meetings.

I’ll follow a structured process to make it as easy and streamlined as possible, and I am here to guide and help you every step of the way.

Each project is unique, and I don’t have a fixed price list for custom website design work. The investment can vary depending on the website functionality, the number of pages, and the content volume.

That’s why the first step towards working together is to hop on a Discovery Call so that we can meet and I can ask you about your goals and vision.

Typically, the investment starts at 450€ for a multi-page website, as shown above.

Most of my clients spend between 550€ and 950€.

You will receive a custom proposal within 24-48 hours after our call at the latest.

To secure your project, I require an initial deposit at the time we sign the service agreement.

The full payment is usually split into two or three installments, depending on the project’s total value and agreed-upon terms.
