Your website, just like any other digital asset, is susceptible to vulnerabilities. However, keeping the WordPress core, themes, and plugins up to date can significantly reduce the risk of being hacked.

Plus, I’ll regularly back up your site, so if a major issue ever arises, you can rest easy knowing that a copy of your website, as it was before the attack, is readily available to get you back online!

The Website Management service is an ongoing partnership that covers all of your website’s basic needs, including a Hosting and Software plan and a Website Care service.

Yes, all my clients are offered a Hosting & Software plan that covers premium licensing, hosting costs, and professional emails. As a designer, I can offer special rates and, above all, make your life easier.

Instead of creating accounts and paying separate fees for every tool your website needs, I have combined them into a single monthly plan so you don’t have to manage all those bills yourself.

With a full Website Care and Management service, I’ll take that a step further with regular CMS and content updates that keep your website secure and running smoothly.

Recurring payments are automatically renewed monthly or quarterly, depending on your chosen plan, and collected via direct debit.

You will have access to your client dashboard to download all invoices or update your payment method.

I will give you some options, including website changes and updates. But I am always available to help you with those hourly or at a per-project rate, subject to your requirements. And, of course, as a regular client on my Website Management plan, any of your extra projects will be prioritized.

This service is only available for websites I have designed (or re-designed) myself. Like all other designers and agencies, there are certain tools I tend to use fairly regularly, meaning that I can confidently navigate them and resolve any issues that may arise.

I feel that the same level of service could not be achieved for clients whose websites were developed by someone else and are likely using different software.

Not at all! This is an optional service, and although most of my clients decide to book it, they’re not obligated to stay.

I only ask for a 30-day notice before a cancellation takes effect.

I will cancel your subscription so that you won’t be charged past the end of your billing cycle. In the meantime, you have time to purchase any premium tools and subscriptions you’ll need to manage yourself and migrate the necessary licenses so that your website continues to function as it should.
